Vinny’s journey to leadership has been paved with remarkable achievements and a diverse educational background. After completing her undergraduate degree from Drexel University, she set her sights on the prestigious University of Pennsylvania to pursue a career in medicine. At UPenn, Vinny’s passion for making a difference in people’s lives led her to specialize in the early detection of Liver Cancer, specifically focusing on Hepatocellular Carcinoma.

 

Her expertise in the medical field proved invaluable as she ventured into the business world. Leveraging her deep knowledge and understanding of healthcare, Vinny played a pivotal role in establishing the Healthcare Services division of Pacer Staffing. Through her visionary leadership, this division has flourished, rapidly becoming the largest company within the Pacer Group.
